How do I make a warranty claim?

How long does it take to process a refund?
All refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and verifying the product.

How long does it take to process a replacement?
All replacements are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and verifying the product subject product availability. In case a suitable replacement isn’t available we will contact you with the best options.

Shipping & Delivery

How much will the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all products for all orders above 250 AED.

How long will shipping take?
We generally ship through Aramax and Fetchr. You receive an automated notification of the tracking details via SMS and Email.

Can I change my delivery address?
We can change the address unless the order is picked up for dispatch, if a customer wants to do any amendments then it needs to be notified within 24 hours of ordering otherwise it will be shipped to the same address and SouqRefurb will not be responsible for any losses from that delivery address.


What if the product is faulty?
We offer repair for your faulty products within 10 working days. In case we are unable to repair the product, we will replace your product within a reasonable timeframe.

What if the battery is faulty? What is the warranty period for batteries?
Batteries are wear and tear items so, batteries are warranty excluded.

What if repair and replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe?
If replacement is not available, we will offer refund.

What is the return policy for defective products?
If the product you received has a fault on arrival or has developed a fault within the 2 hours, we offer you an advanced repair or exchange process. To facilitate the exchange process, we require you to contact us immediately within 2 hours of your purchase via email or messenger. Please provide your purchase details and your ID (i.e. Apple ID or Google ID) along with a description and photos of the product regarding the issues you are experiencing.

What is the manufacturer warranty?
UAE stock comes with its own manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty period in case of repair or replacement?
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase which is a common practice amongst retailers.

What products/purchases do not qualify for change of mind policy?
Change of mind policy is not available once the order is delivered.
