At SouqRefurb, we guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return the purchased product/s within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery. However, please note that the return and exchange process is subject to certain terms and conditions which you can find below.

The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.

The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, accessories, manuals, and registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s, and promotional vouchers.

The Return and Exchange are not applicable :

If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged or scratched.

The device has an activation/password lock, Find My iPhone (FMIP) Find My Mobile (FMM) or Find my Device (FMD) is activated.

If the VAT is refunded against the Invoice.

If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, with no visible scratches or marks observed on the product or the packaging; the product will be taken back with a Restocking Fee of a minimum of 15% or as applicable while making return or exchange.

For Dead on arrival (DOA)/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications will be exchanged, or returned.

The process can take up to SEVEN business days. Return/Exchange will be done only after the investigation/technical report from QC Team.

If the product returned has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, SouqRefurb will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction. Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.

Customer to inspect product/s PRIOR to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and before the delivery agent’s departure. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for return & exchange or Warranty Terms and conditions.

Extended warranty/Damage Protection Plans are subject to return if the product/s is/are returned during the manufacture warranty period.

Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Upon successful pickup of a purchased product is received at our warehouse, inspected, and found eligible for refund, the refund amount will be processed based on the method of initial payment used.

How Refunds Are Issued (Credit Card or Cash on Delivery “COD”)?
Depending on the initial payment method chosen while submitting your order, the refund will be initiated. If the payment method was Cash on Delivery “COD”, the refund will be credited to your Bank account or via Al Ansari Exchange on ID / Passport, But if the payment method was Credit Card, the refund will be processed to the same card used during the purchase.

Where’s My Refund?
Time taken to process a refund depends on multiple aspects. However, It can take up to one week for SouqRefurb to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take from 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement depending on your bank’s internal process.
